EXECUTIVE COACHING FOR SENIOR WOMEN
Seat at the Table Intensive is 8 weeks of private coaching built around the high-stakes meetings and conversations already on your calendar.
Bring the real meeting. We'll pinpoint where you're over-explaining, pulling back, or handing away authority, then practice it together before the stakes are real.

You've heard the feedback.
What you probably haven’t heard is what to do differently in the executive meeting you have next Thursday.
So you prepare harder.
You rehearse your point before walking in. Add more context so no one can question it. Reread the message to leadership wondering if you sound too soft or too direct.
Then someone talks over you.
Your point gets repeated by someone else.
Or you leave thinking, "I knew exactly what I wanted to say. Why didn’t I say it like that?"
You need to know what to do differently when these moments happen.
That's where we start.
Maybe you soften your strongest point right before you make it.
Maybe one question from the VP sends you into a five-minute explanation when two sentences would have done it.
Maybe you know exactly what you think until someone more senior pushes back.
These are the moments we work on, using the meetings, presentations, and leadership conversations you already have coming up.

WHAT WE'LL WORK ON TOGETHER
We start with The Presence Audit, using your recent meetings and conversations to pinpoint where you shrink, over-explain, soften your point, or hand away authority.
You’ll know what’s happening and what to change the next time it happens.
We work on how you prepare, make your point, read what’s happening around you, and respond when you’re challenged, interrupted, or talked over.
So when the VP pushes back, you already know how you want to respond.

Bring the presentation to leadership. The strategy meeting where your recommendation will be challenged. The conversation with your VP you know you need to have.
We do live practices using your actual material, with coaching in the moment.
When the real meeting happens, you’ve already worked through the pressure points once.
In our final session, we turn what’s shifted into a personalized playbook for future high-stakes meetings and conversations.
You’ll know how you prepare best, where you tend to get in your own way, and what helps you stay clear when the pressure rises.

If your VP asks you to present on Tuesday or a difficult conversation lands on tomorrow’s calendar, we can work through it while it’s still useful.
are being asked for their opinion first by week 4.
move into a promotion or higher-visibility role within 6 months.
weeks is the average time clients report noticing a difference in how they show up when the stakes are high.
hypothetical scenarios and personality transplants. Every session is grounded in a real, upcoming conversation.
VP of Operations, healthcare
"I walked into the exec meeting and didn't rehearse beforehand for the first time in maybe two years. I already knew what I wanted to say. My manager pulled me aside after and said, 'That was really well handled.' I've been trying to hear that for a long time."
Senior Director, fintech
"I kept thinking presence meant becoming someone louder, more polished, less me. Ashley never once asked me to perform. She just showed me what I was doing in the room that was making people talk over me. It wasn't confidence. It was three specific habits I didn't even know I had."
Director of Strategy, consulting
"We practiced on my actual board presentation, not some made-up scenario. By the time I gave it for real, I'd already run it once with someone telling me exactly where I was losing people. That part alone was worth it."
Senior Manager, tech
"Eight weeks. That's it. I've done leadership workshops before that took a year and gave me a binder. This gave me a shift I could feel by week three. People started asking my opinion first instead of last."
01
You’re already a senior manager or director. Your technical ability isn’t the question anymore.
02
You’ve been told to “work on your presence,” passed over without a useful explanation, or started noticing that people with less experience somehow read as more senior.
03
You’re tired of rehearsing points you already understand. Tired of cushioning what you say so carefully that the point gets lost.
04
You want to walk into the executive meeting knowing what you think and trust yourself to say it. Without becoming harder, colder, or less like yourself.

We won’t spend six weeks practicing generic scripts, polishing your posture, or talking about confidence in the abstract.
We’ll use what’s happening in your actual work.
The meeting where you keep getting interrupted.
The presentation where you bury the recommendation under too much context.
The senior stakeholder who makes you second-guess yourself.
The goal is to help your experience come through clearly when the stakes rise.
It’s 8:57.
You’re outside the executive meeting, except this time, you’re not rehearsing your talking point one more time.
You walk in clear on what you want to say.
You make the point without five minutes of setup.
Someone pushes back. You answer without scrambling to prove yourself.
The meeting ends.
And instead of replaying every sentence on the way back to your desk, you move on with your day.
That’s the shift we’re working toward.
I’m Ash.
I spent 12+ years in corporate leadership across finance and tech, and the past 6 years coaching senior women through high-stakes meetings and leadership moments.
I know what it’s like to be the most prepared person there and still not be heard. And I know how useless “work on your presence” feels when no one tells you what that means.
So I built the coaching I wish I’d had.
Specific. Practiced on your actual meetings. Designed to help you be taken seriously without performing someone else’s version of leadership.

No pitch to prepare for.
Just tell me where you’re getting stuck and what’s coming up next.
Now let’s make sure that comes through when the stakes are higher.
Bring the executive meeting you’re already rehearsing for. The presentation where you need your recommendation to land. The conversation where you know there’ll be pushback.
We’ll work through the real thing before you have to do it for real.
